There is a recurring triplet feel throughout and it really swings, although sudden bursts of straight eighths are used for effect. Although this may be one of the less technically demanding of Schnyder's septets, there are still significant technical and rhythmic challenges that will require some rehearsal and practice. SOLOS: The flute and soprano sax solos are over rather simple changes that change either every two or every four bars. DANIEL SCHNYDER (b. 1961).
